CONFIRMATION: Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been processed and you have received a confirmation email from us. You should receive this within 24 hours of submitting your booking and payment details. If you have not received your confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your “junk mail”.

  • If you are only booking for one person, write "none". For anyone under the age of 18, please write their age next to their name.
  • If your boat is part of a package, please use the "package with" option.
    All reef tours are subject to safe weather conditions. When booking a reef tour, it is advisable to allow a few days at your destination (if possible) so that if your tour is cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions we can re-schedule you to another date (if available). For all tours you will need swimwear, towel, hat and sun protection. Suitable shoes for any island walks (e.g. reef shoes). Stinger suits are required during some months of the year and are usually available on the boat. Snorkelling equipment is provided, however, you are most welcome to bring your own. Sea-sickness tablets and armbands are recommended during windy conditions and for anyone who suffers from motion sickness. To secure your booking, we require full payment and the following information: Full name of each passenger, any special dietary requirements, Visa or MasterCard details including CCV, preferred date, email address & mobile phone number. Full payment is payable to secure a booking. All bookings are subject to availability and you will be advised if your preferred tour is available for your chosen date/s. If your tour is unavailable at time of booking, you will be offered an alternative tour if one is available. You are not obliged to accept the offer of an alternative tour and you will be advised of your options regarding other tours prior to any money being processed on your card. Changes to booked dates – must be made at least 7 full days prior to departure date. Cancellations – 20% will be forfeited for every cancellation to cover processing and administration costs. 100% cancellation fee applies for cancellations within 7 days of departure (30 days during peak times). Refunds will not be accepted for cancellations that have already had a change of booked date.
