CONFIRMATION: Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been processed and you have received a confirmation email from us.     All reef tours are subject to safe weather conditions. When booking a reef tour, it is advisable to allow a few days at your destination (if possible) so that if your tour is cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions we can re-schedule you to another date (if available). For all tours you will need swimwear, towel, hat and sun protection. Suitable shoes for any island walks (e.g. reef shoes). Snorkelling equipment is provided, however, you are most welcome to bring your own. Sea-sickness tablets and armbands are recommended during windy conditions and for anyone who suffers from motion sickness. Reef shoes, sunshirts and snorkel sets are available for purchase from the Discover 1770 Shop at reasonable prices. FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING (this will be charged in two payments, A deposit to secure your booking and process a booking number, the remaining amount will come out by close of business same day). To secure your booking, we require the following information: Full name of each passenger, any special dietary requirements, Visa or MasterCard details including CCV, preferred date, email address & mobile phone number. Full payment is payable to secure a booking. All bookings are subject to availability and you will be advised if your preferred tour is unavailable for your chosen date/s. If your tour is unavailable at time of booking, you will be offered an alternative tour if one is available. You are not obliged to accept the offer of an alternative tour. You will be advised of your options prior to any money being processed on your card. Changes to booked dates – must be made at least 7 full days prior to departure date. Cancellations – Your deposit will be forfeited for every cancellation to cover processing and administration costs. Refunds will not be accepted for cancellations that have already had a change of booked date. If cancelled by the supplier due to poor weather conditions, or mechanical issues, your deposit is forfeited or can be used towards another date, or another tour elsewhere in Australia. IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DEPARTURE, 100% cancellation fee applies.
